Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
1. The service and applicable terms
PICS offers photo collages, templates, filters, cutout stickers, and photo, video, and Live Photo exports. Availability depends on your app version, device, and region. The software license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA); this page does not replace it.
Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using PICS. Stop using the service if you do not accept the applicable terms. Younger users must have parental or guardian involvement or authorization where local law requires it.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in your photos, videos, and original content. To provide local editing and export features, PICS processes your selected content on your device. These terms do not transfer ownership of your work to us or authorize us to use private projects in advertising.
Make sure you have the necessary copyright, likeness, and other permissions for anything you import or share. Do not use PICS to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent content, or to mislead others through edits. Before sharing or commercial use, check the rights in your media, people’s likenesses, music, trademarks, and the destination platform’s rules.
3. Templates and creative assets
The relevant rights holders retain intellectual-property rights in PICS, its interface, templates, stickers, filters, and other resources. You may incorporate available resources into exported work through normal use of the app. Without a separate license, you may not extract, resell, or distribute app resources as standalone asset packs, or copy the resource library.
Using PICS does not give you rights to third-party content you have not licensed. Specific notices attached to a resource and applicable law continue to apply. This section does not limit statutory exceptions or rights.
4. Pro, trials, and automatic renewal
Some templates, tools, or export features may require PICS Pro. Available plans, prices, durations, trial eligibility, and included features are shown in the app’s purchase screen and Apple’s confirmation screen. This website does not promise fixed pricing or permanently unchanged features.
Apple bills subscriptions, which renew automatically for the selected period unless canceled before renewal. Trials are offered only when eligible and may convert to paid subscriptions when they end. Follow Apple’s cancellation guidance; Apple recommends canceling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends.
Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or open Apple’s subscription management. Deleting PICS does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app when eligible. Request refunds through Apple’s Report a Problem; Apple’s rules and applicable law govern eligibility.
5. Privacy and external services
See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled. Apple processes purchases, RevenueCat verifies subscription access, and Mixpanel provides product analytics. System photo features, backups, sharing destinations, and external links also have their own terms. Photo permission is not consent to advertising tracking.
6. Saving your work and availability
Keep backups of important original media and exported work. Deleting projects, clearing app data, uninstalling, or changing devices may affect local files. PICS does not promise cloud project syncing or indefinite storage.
We may improve or adjust features and provide updates. Devices, operating systems, networks, and third-party services may affect availability. Changes that materially affect existing paid access will be handled in accordance with applicable law and platform rules.
7. Responsibility and consumer rights
Check your work before exporting or publishing. Apple’s EULA and applicable law govern permitted limits relating to availability and use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Your statutory consumer rights, including applicable refund, withdrawal, warranty, and remedy rights, are unaffected. Disputes are handled under applicable terms and law; these terms do not require you to waive remedies protected by the law where you live.
8. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as PICS changes and will show the revised date. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain separate agreement where required by law.
